 First and foremost, please complete your landing page, if you have not already done so. Your landing page is visible to all attendees in the mobile app, so this is one of the most important tasks. This guide will walk you through the steps of updating your sponsor portal.  

FAQs

What is the table size and what’s included?

  • Each exhibitor will have one 8’ x 30” table and two chairs.

  • Standard neutral linens are provided, but you may bring your own table covering if you prefer.

When can I set up my table?

  • Set-up begins at 5:00 AM on Thursday, April 10.

Are there any restrictions on set-up materials?

  1. Nothing may be adhered to wall surfaces.

  2. There is no loading dock access. All materials must be brought in through the Sheraton front entrance or the Prudential Center.

  3. If you need to ship materials to the hotel, please contact me directly.

Will I have access to power and WiFi?

  1. Power is not included. Please plan accordingly.

  2. WiFi will be available.

Where should I park and what are the costs?

Recommended parking options:

  • Valet at the Boston Sheraton

  • Prudential Center parking, which connects directly to the Sheraton

  • Full parking details, including rates, will be shared closer to the event.

When can I tear down my table?

Tear-down must be completed by 4:30 PM on Friday, April 11.

What are the exhibit hours?

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
